Parc Soleil Hilton Orlando Hotel Review

As fan’s of holidays at Walt Disney World Orlando, Florida we wanted to try out and review some of the hotels in the vicinity of Disney World. The Parc Soleil Hilton is one of the new and impressive hotels in the area. As you arrive, you can see quite clearly the Hotel stands out alone off Palm Parkway, Orlando. It sits on a brand new complex and land that is about to be developed for future Hotels. As you enter the main driveway along the red-bricked drive you begin to notice the impressive time taken to design the approach.

Upon arriving at the main entrance there is a barrier operated by security personnel and if you have a reservation they present you with a card to put inside your car to allow you to park for free at the Hotel. When arrive just by the Lobby, a porter greets you and is warm and friendly. That is the one thing we noticed about the Hotel, the staff were professional, very polite and seemed happy. Upon entering the reception, the main desk is towards the back of the room and ordinarily there isn’t too much of a wait for service. The rooms vary in scale, size and price.

This is a 4 Star Hotel, so it has pretty high standards and it performs well. Once checked in, return back to your car, because depending on what building you are staying in, depends on where you park. The staff explain that clearly and off to Building one we went, inside the internal car park. Entering the building, the lifts were spacious and the view out by the main waiting area of the pool is impressive.

Once entering the room, you notice instantly the cleanliness and facilities. The bathrooms are brand new with limestone shower floors. A huge mirror, hair dryer and other amenities. In the room there is a mini bar, a sink, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster; essentially you can make your own food if you want to. The hotel is a rather like an Apart-Hotel, a hybrid that allows guests to either eat dinner/ lunch etc, at the main restaurant or in their own room. There does not appear to be any room service, but that is not a problem.

The bed is very large and comfortable, and the view of Disney off in the distance impressive. A safe is provided in the room for your valuables while the TV has over 100 channels.

Dining in the Parc Soleil Hilton Orlando is pleasant, the staff are friendly and the food by local standards is pretty good.

Other facilities include a brand new gym, with running machines, free weights etc. A play area for children, table tennis, pool table etc. Outside, there are two swimming pools, both large, one with a water slide for the kids. There are outdoor Jacuzzis as well; all of which are heated and it is really quite pleasant to sit in any time of day.

The Parc Soleil is located not far from Interstate 4  (I-4) Junction 68 and is one of the best places to stay in the Orlando area. In fact we believe it is 'a must stay'. Pleasant holidays!
