Themed upon the melted remains of a winter ski resort the landscaping in Note, generally the higher the minimum height restriction the rougher the ride!
At present the water park participates in Disney's Extra Magic Hours but it is normally open daily from 10am till 5 pm. An admission fee is charged. See also: Blizzard Beach dining information.
Located near Animal Kingdom adjacent to Disney's Winter Summerland miniature golf course transport to Attractions. Cross Country Creek: Take a tube and enjoy a tour of the park on the slow current. Chair Lift up Sit back and enjoy the view. {There is a minimum height restriction of 32".} Downhill Double Dipper: If you can take the rough with the rough then this 25 mph zoom through water curtains and freefalls is for you. {There is a minimum height restriction of 48".} A gentle wave pool to aid your relaxation! Runoff Rapids: Three adjacent corkscrew tube slides one of which is enclosed for added excitement! Ski Patrol Traning Camp: If you are between 5 and 11 years old then here you can train for the real thing. Slush Gusher: A double-humped 90ft drop which soon identifies items in pockets or loose clothing! {There is a minimum height restriction of 48".} Snow Stormers: Three mat-slide channels - who can reach the water first? A 60 mph free fall from the 120 ft high {There is a minimum height restriction of 48".} Teamboat Springs: Something for the whole family to enjoy a 1,200ft whitewater group raft ride. Tike's Peek: The little ones, 48" or smaller, can enjoy a Water Park of their own. Toboggan Racers: An 8-lane mat-slide ... and the race is on!

Take with you snug fitting swimwear (some rides will soon test if they are or not!), towels, hat, sun-glasses, sun-cream, water-shoes/sandals (the stone floor can become particularly hot!) and enough money for the day!
Flippers, rafts, masks etc are not permitted.
Lockers can be hired for the day.
Remember the Water Parks are very busy. So, sleep with one eye open to ensure everyone is enjoying themselves and not wandering off or in possible danger.
